Thanks for the link. Been stopping by from time to time. Always appreciated your view, helped me to see the falling knifes. The landscape is changing fast, some friends I know have lost there businesses and one has lost his home. They rode it all the way down even though we talked about what was most probably coming. As Kunstler said "people will do what they do until they can't then they won't". Take care.
