I Don't Know Why I'm Posting These.

Really busy. Grasping at Straws.

BP addresses your concerns about Peak Oil.

"Can we meet growing world demands for energy without damaging the world we all call home?"

No. You sell oil. All the other "green" stuff is just window dressing.

Chevron addresses your concerns about Peak Oil.

"So we invite you to join us for a series of discussions on some very important issues. Will you join us?"

No. Because the issue is You. Where's the discussion?

ExxonMobilUnitedNations has no such pretensions.

"Because no matter how successful we are at delivering the energy the world needs today, we know tomorrow's energy needs will be even greater."

They plan on meeting the world's energy needs by drilling more and drilling better.

(I know...you're not going to actually do anything more than look at the home pages for these sites...just like I didn't....)

UPDATE: Due to the utter uselessness of this posting, rather than simply deleting it I'm going to try to redeem it a little....

So here's a list of the Sexiest Album Covers Ever, according to some guy (obviously). Sorry ladies, I don't have a link to a grrrl version of this list with Seal on it....

Google has added Google Moon to it's continuing effort to map everything known. But check this out...click on one of the mission sites flagged on this promo photo of various historic moon landings, and then slowly zoom in....you can gradually discern what appears to be the actual artifacts left behind from those missions! (Remember, zoom gradually so you can stay positioned over the marker).

Here is slacktivist..."I read the Left Behind series so you don't have to". (Scroll to bottom to find earliest posts).

And finally, meet Derren Brown--the Penn & Teller of Mind Control! (exceptin' that he's just one guy. the one that talks.)
